Add a relation between a MPLocation and a MPDisplayRule. Use this ONLY if you have constructed your own MPLocation using a custom MPLocationSource and want to render it via the SDK. If you simply want to edit a display rule, for a given MPLocation use getDisplayRule. Requires that a solution is loaded.
