removeDataSetCache

Removes a MPDataSetCache from the managed datasets

Also removes any base-map tiles cached for this dataset through the registered provider, since those live in the map provider's own storage rather than in the folder deleted here. Removal happens regardless of isBaseMapTilesEnabled: caching takes two opt-ins, and releasing takes none, so turning the flag off — or upgrading from a version that cached a different set of venues — cannot leave regions stranded against the map provider's own limit on how many it will hold. Turning the flag off does not remove anything on its own; this is how that storage is reclaimed.

Base-map removal is asynchronous and best-effort: it may still be in flight when this returns, and a failure is logged rather than reported.
