setBaseMapTilesEnabled

Enables or disables caching of the map provider's base-map tiles for this MPDataSetCache.

This is a dataset-wide opt-in and is orthogonal to MPDataSetCacheScope: base-map tiles are fetched by the map provider on their own trigger, not by the dataset sync, so any combination is legal — including BASIC with base-map tiles enabled. Enabling it does not by itself download anything.

Orthogonal to the scope, but dependent on this dataset's venues being on the device: base-map regions are planned from them, so synchronizeBaseMapTiles has nothing to cache around until this solution has been loaded or this dataset synced. Setting the flag on a dataset that is neither is legal — the flag persists — but it will not produce any cached tiles.

Disabling it stops future base-map caching only; it does not evict already-cached regions. Remove the dataset via removeDataSetCache to reclaim that storage.
